Friends of the Homeless (FOH) is a program of Clinical & Support Options Inc. (https://www.csoinc.org), a Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic and nonprofit behavioral health agency providing Western Mass. individuals and families with trauma-informed, nonjudgmental in-home and outpatient therapy and counseling, crisis and respite services, substance use programs, housing and shelter resources, therapeutic after-school programs, and community support.

FOH operates the largest emergency shelter for adult individuals in Western Mass. Each night, It houses an average of 150 individuals experiencing homelessness (more than 1,000 individuals per year), and it serves 150,000 hot meals annually (3 meals a day, 365 days a year).
