Do you know these Rotarians?Did you know less than 20 % of our members have a photo attached to their Rotary ClubRunner Membership listing? Yet these pictures can make it so much easier for new members to connect with others in the Club, and for all of us to forge better friendships with more of our Rotary colleagues. This club is FILLED with interesting people in a wide range of businesses and professions.
Toward that end, our newly formed Operations “E”mazing Team (remember “E” stands for experience) will be at the door, waiting to take your picture on three successive Fridays: February 13th, 20th and 27th. Our very own Amy Scott will be the photographer! Just stand still for a moment, smile, and we'll take your photo and place it in your listing on ClubRunner for you. If you like the results and want a pdf for your own unlimited use on business cards or your web site, Membership Chair Mike Healy will make one available to you for a $5 contribution to the Service Fund. As Mike would say, "It's easy-peasy."
Unsure about how to prepare for our quick upcoming photo-shoot for ClubRunner? Here are some tips from Operations Committee chair Laurie Rosner:
~ Reflect Your Style and Business Profession ~ wear something that reflects who you are. These photos will be "head-shots" so your collar, hair, jewelry, coat or makeup all count…what matters most is that you are comfortable and feel beautiful/handsome. For ladies, make up might be just a tiniest bit heavier than you would normally wear. And most importantly, remember to wear your Rotary pin! And don’t forget to bring your smile too!
Our “E”mazing Operations Team Update! This team is in full swing to bring you an enjoyable experience at our weekly assembles. The “E”team objective is to maintain the club infrastructure and serve as a support for all other committees. It includes the following sub-committees: Laurie Rosner, Chair of the Operations Committee, and her team are working diligently on the following items which resulted from their first 2015 planning committee meeting…be in the know read below!
