I wanted to take a moment to remind you that May is Mental Health Awareness Month. This is an important time to raise awareness and reduce the stigma around mental health issues affecting many people in our communities.
Mental health is essential to our overall well-being, and we can all take steps to prioritize it in our lives. This may include seeking support when needed, practicing self-care, and educating ourselves and others about mental health.
I encourage you to take some time this month to reflect on your own mental health and how you can support others in our community who may be struggling. Together, we can create a more supportive and compassionate environment for those living with mental health challenges.
Thank you for all that you do to make our community a better place.
Rotary Day of Service is a special day in the Rotary calendar, where Rotarians engage in various service projects and activities. It is a chance for us to demonstrate our commitment to service above self and to showcase the positive impact that Rotary has on communities worldwide. This year our Club will join the Greater Springfield Habitat for Humanity to build a home in Holyoke. You don't need any prior construction experience to participate.
We would love to have you visit our club and learn more about Rotary and what we do in our community and around the world. Rotary is where neighbors, friends, and problem-solvers share ideas, join leaders, and take action to create lasting change.
