Marge Fauteux is President/Owner of Paratemps, Inc., a locally woman and minority-owned business that she started in 1990. Paratemps was located in Springfield and provided legal and corporate staffing and recruiting in temporary, temp-to-hire and direct hire to law firms and the business community.
Marge previously worked as a Paralegal to a Senior Partner in a major law firm for over 11 years. She received her Associates Degree from Bay Path University, cum laude, and her Bachelor’s Degree from Westfield State University, cum laude.
Marge has been a member of the Professional Legal Advisory Board at Bay Path University for over 20 years. She served as a Consultant at SCORE for 6 years, taught part-time at Westfield State University as an Adjunct Professor for 13 years in their Paralegal Program; served as a member of Business Network International (BNI) for over 20 years, as a BNI Director in Western MA for over 10 years, and served as Past President of Pioneer Valley BNI; a Business Partner member of ALA (Association of Legal Administrators); a member of HRMA (Human Resource Management Association); a member of MRC (MA Rehabilitation Commission) Business Advisory Board, and a member of East of the River Chamber of Commerce.
Marge and her husband, Ray, reside in East Longmeadow, MA. They are parents of two children and six grandchildren.
