Rotary International Foundation Month
Nov. 07, 2021 12:00 p.m.
In the month of November Rotarians all over the world celebrate Rotary International Foundation Month. Each year the District hosts a Foundation dinner where clubs are awarded citations for their community work, Foundation goals are announced, updates are given about the good work done across the globe by clubs and RI.
This year in honor of the District's 100th Anniversary the District will receive a citation from Mass. Governor Charlie Baker. This presentation will happen at the brunch and I love to have our Mass clubs well represented.
The Rotary Foundation supports Peace Centers around the world, scholarships, pure water initiative and much more. The Annual Fund/SHARE area of the foundation directly impacts the grants our clubs receive each year to support our local community.
Please join me as we celebrate our District's 100th anniversary with a brunch on November 7 from 12-2 at The Artisan in West Hartford. Please bring a spouse or partner for this joyous event.
ALL COVID PRECAUTIONS WILL BE IN PLACE!
You can register on our District Website at https://rotarydistrict7890.
